Warren Aircraft LLC will provide buyer agent services as well as aircraft broker services from Super Cubs to business jets.

It is important to have all documentation on the aircraft correct and up to date as a buyer or a seller. Improper or missing documentation could cause you headaches and value. Warren Aircraft LLC will research all documents to provide full disclosure for the seller and potential new owner. This process adds value to both the aircraft buyer and aircraft seller. In most situations aircraft documentation can be resolved, legally, early and inexpensive.

Warren Aircraft LLC will immediately begin checking the documentation for your protection. We will recommend and assist in any discrepancies and do all we can to help resolve them legally. We will add value to both aircraft seller and aircraft buyer with thorough and easy to read reports and documentation research.

The aircraft can stay with you in most cases. Arrangements can be made for Warren Aircraft LLC to hanger the aircraft,

Due to the fact Warren Aircraft LLC starts to work immediately on the documentation research on your behalf, we do charge a non refundable deposit. You will receive a back up hard copy and digital copy of all documentation and photos of your aircraft. The documentation we provide will add value to your aircraft. This documentation will make it easy for a potential buyer to make an educated decision on their aircraft purchase while providing peace of mind for both parties.

This deposit is credited toward the aircraft broker fee.

Buyers Agent:

Due to the fact Warren Aircraft LLC starts to work immediately on the documentation research on your behalf, we do charge a non refundable deposit. You will receive a back up hard copy and digital copy of all documentation and photos of potential aircraft. The documentation we provide will add value to your aircraft. This documentation will make it easy for you to make an educated decision.

This deposit is credited toward the aircraft buyers agent fee.1 day fee will also be credited back upon a successful purchase of an aircraft.

Some fees negotiable / wave-able, if necessary documents are complete and available.

Basic Fees:

Our minimum brokerage / buyer agent fee is $3,000. We charge 10% of the selling price for aircraft with a selling price up to $300,000 . For selling prices $300,000-600,000 7.0%, of the selling price and for aircraft from $600,000 - $1,000,000, 6% of the selling price. For sales above $1,000,000, 5%. Brokerage fee is based on aircraft in good working order and no damage history. An additional fee of 1% will be applied to all aircraft with damage history. Plus expenses.

Aircraft Broker Service:

As a aircraft seller agent by providing potential buyers with:

Travel to you.
Visually inspection of your aircraft
Review logs / documentation.
Research any history on aircraft
Digital photos which can be sent within hours.
Review repairs and associated paperwork.
Review mods documentation and completion.
Values of mods on aircraft.
Review possible corrections of documentation.
Provide the above in a neat easy to read package to help buyers make a quick educated decision.
Help with export of aircraft.
Provide a NAAA appraisal if requested.

Warren aircraft LLC reserves the right to refuse to represent any aircraft for sale. The deposit would remain non-refundable.

As a aircraft buyer agent by providing following services and answers to:

Travel for you.
Visually inspection of aircraft you are interested in
Review logs / documentation.
Research any history on aircraft
Digital photos which can be sent within hours.
Review repairs and associated paperwork.
Review mods documentation and completion.
Values of mods on aircraft.
Review possible corrections of documentation.
Making offers on aircraft on buyers behalf.
Preparation of offers and contracts, representing Clients best interests.
Assistance in arranging the pre-purchase inspection by qualified facility, mechanic I/A.
Assist in ensuring all equipment functioning correctly.
Provide easy to read report on documentation and aircraft appearance.
Help with export of aircraft as necessary.
Arrange for an appraisal from a NAAA appraiser.
